Step 1: Fill out a form
Simply put, go fill out a form!
Answer the questions as best you can, unless you want to give me artistic liberty with your commission.

You have to send in an application when I open; my next openings are listed on my Commission Status page.

NEW: I will now be limiting customers applying for the same commission to twice. If you were not accepted the first time for your commission, you may apply once more for that idea. Please refrain from applying for the same commission idea more than a total of two times.
Step 2: Wait and respond
I'm going to contact you over Email (sorry, no Telegram, Discord etc.).
It can take me up to 36 hours to respond to customers from the minute I open for commissions. I will 100% respond to you after a commission opening.
Please check your junk/spam/inbox for my email about your commission. If you have not received an email from me because something went wrong, please send me an email!
My email to you will contain your quote and other information you'll want to know about your commission.
I invoice customers through Paypal after they consent to the quote and terms. Paypal accepts Interac (credit/debit). Payment is expected upfront and upon invoice within a few days of the commission opening unless we've agreed otherwise.

Step 3: Turnaround
You will receive an email a few days after you pay about when your commission is scheduled for completion, usually on the Sunday a few days after my opening.
The average turnaround time for commissions is 6 to 17 days from filling out a form (during an opening).
I do not provide WIP's (works in progress), instead I live-stream between 10am-4pm US Central timezone on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday consistently.
I stream all of my commissions on Picarto unless you have speculated you do not want that. It is not a requirement for customers to be present for the stream; it is a courtesy and there so that you can ask for edits while I'm working. If you are present for a Stream while your commission is being made, customers are asked to use the Picarto chat to talk to me in real time.

Step 4: Afterward
You will receive a high resolution file of your artwork with a signature, unless you order Telegram stickers which are 512x512 pixels each, via Email. If you don't receive your hi-res files you can email me for them!
If you want/need edits after the artwork is completed you get 1 fix (my One Fix Rule). If the edits are things you did not ask for in the form there will be a charge, but otherwise I will do one fix for free. Edits after that will have a charge.
I will not provide working files or recordings, and will not provide transparent background or removed signature versions of my artwork unless you pay for additional rights.
